Completely unreliable... Left stranded!

I booked a taxi 2 hours in advance using this app. The app said booking confirmed, and it appeared in my bookings section.

5mins before the taxi is due, I open the app to try the "check your taxi" feature that shows where it is on Google maps. This was not available.

Anyway, no taxi turned up. I couldnt get through to speak to anyone on the phone. I ended up having to drive myself to the destination just to minimize the amount of time I was late.

Do not use or rely on this app for anything important!
