The app is good, pity about the service

I think the app is good, though i am unable to track where my cab is, and although I have saved my home address several times, it refuses to believe me and gives me instead a random address. I could, however cope with all of these things but cant deal with the verbal abuse from the drivers way too often. In fact, I can only remember a couple of pleasant drivers and I use taxis a lot!!! I am giving up this app now, after being screamed at last night. Thats just too many times for me now.
