Pathetic

About an hour ago I tried calling Yellow Cab for a pickup in Kitsilano, but the line was continually busy. Remembering that they now have an iPhone app I downloaded it, entered the information and ordered a cab. The order was immediately accepted.

I waited for 15 or 20 minutes, only to then receive a message stating that the cab had been canceled. No explanation, no apology. Absolute waste of time.
